Welcome to Here and There Travels. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Here and There Travels website (hereandtheretravels.in) and our premium travel concierge services.

By accessing this website and utilizing our booking services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Here and There Travels if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Definitions

• "Agency", "We", "Our", "Us": Refers to Here and There Travels.
• "Client", "You", "Your": Refers to the user, customer, or traveler accessing this website and booking our services.
• "Services": Refers to all travel-related provisions including, but not limited to, domestic and international tour packages, flight bookings, car rentals, train bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa assistance.
• "Suppliers": Refers to third-party vendors such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and destination management companies.

2. Booking and Payments

• Quotes and Pricing: All quotes provided for our executive travel itineraries are subject to availability and can change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed with a deposit. Prices may fluctuate due to currency exchange rates, supplier price hikes, or taxes.
• Deposits and Final Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking. The specific deposit amount and the schedule for the remaining balance will be communicated to you during the quotation process. Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
• Payment Methods: We accept standard authorized payment methods as invoiced. The Client is responsible for any transaction fees levied by their bank or credit card provider.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Client Cancellations: Any cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing. Cancellation fees will apply based on the proximity to the departure date and the strict policies of our third-party Suppliers.
• Supplier Refunds: Because Here and There Travels acts as an intermediary, refunds for flights, hotels, or car rentals are strictly bound by the terms set by the respective Suppliers. We will facilitate the refund process on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee the recovery of funds retained by Suppliers.
• Agency Service Fees: Any service, planning, or consultation fees charged directly by Here and There Travels are strictly non-refundable.

4. Travel Documents, Passports, and Visas

• Client Responsibility: It is the Client's sole responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date), necessary visas, and required health or vaccination certificates for their destination.
• Visa Assistance Service: If you utilize our Visa Service, we will provide guidance and submit applications based on the information you provide. However, the final decision to grant a visa rests solely with the respective embassy or consulate. We are not liable for any travel disruptions or financial losses resulting from delayed or denied visas.

5. Itinerary Changes and Disruptions

• Changes by the Agency: We reserve the right to alter or modify premium itineraries if unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, political unrest, or supplier cancellations) arise. We will always endeavor to provide frictionless alternatives of an equal or higher executive standard.
• Force Majeure: Here and There Travels shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government travel restrictions.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Here and There Travels acts solely as an agent for the Suppliers providing your transport, accommodation, and activities. We do not own or operate these entities.
• We shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by the actions, negligence, or defaults of any third-party Supplier.
• Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and baggage loss prior to departure.

7. User Conduct and Website Use

• You agree to use hereandtheretravels.in only for lawful purposes and to make legitimate inquiries or bookings.
• Speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings are strictly prohibited.
• All content, images, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Here and There Travels and may not be copied or reproduced without explicit written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
